Alpha Micro Secure Battery Heater PadAlpha Technologies Ltd. is pleased to offer the Micro Secure 100 Battery Heater Pad, a new performance-enhancing battery accessory specifically designed for Alpha's Micro Secure 100 product family.

Designed with safety and efficiency in mind, Alpha's Micro Secure 100 battery heater pad keeps batteries warm enough to operate in harsh working environments while extending battery run time and increasing battery life. The heater pad is vertically installed between the batteries to ensure maximum transfer of heat energy inside the Micro Secure 100 UPS enclosure.

The Alpha Micro Secure 100 battery heater pad offers the following benefits:

  • Smart, cost effective solution for optimizing battery performance and longevity in cold weather by preventing battery electrolyte from freezing
  • 80% increase in battery backup time by ensuring batteries remain charged when temperatures fall below 0°C / 32°F
  • Insulated design directs heat to the batteries and not the enclosure, reducing power consumption by 30%
  • Durable polyester construction and insulated design for protection of heating elements in rugged environments
  • UL listed on-pad thermal switch and thermal fuse for redundant protection from shorts and overheating

SCTE-HMS MIB Downloads


The SCTE-HMS Management Information Base (MIB) can be monitored with a SNMP compatible Network Management System (NMS) or with a MIB browser. The following MIB files are required for the MIB browser to collect data from the transponder. These files can be found on the Society of Cable Telecommunications (SCTE) Web site: There are dependencies between MIB files, so they should be compiled in the following order.
